Production of a documentary-style video to showcase the collaboration between Marco Colín and Consigna.
Consigna is more than an art marketplace; it’s a vibrant community and space where art lovers, creators, and connoisseurs come together to explore, appreciate, and celebrate the beauty of art. Their mission is to redefine the way artists, brands, collectors, and creators engage with art, offering comprehensive and integral solutions that cater to all their desires and requirements.
Marco Colín is a visual artist who firmly believes that “we are all born artists.” He is known for his illustrations full of monsters, which do not inspire terror in any way. In collaboration with Marco and Consigna, along with Omar Díaz from Showcaser Media Production, we were tasked with creating a documentary-style short video for Consigna’s Instagram. This video would introduce Marco, his history, and his art.
During the pre-production phase, we held meetings with Marco and his team to create a production plan and determine the interview topics. The production took place at two locations: Marco’s home and Consigna’s gallery. It involved shooting the interview and capturing additional shots to support the narrative.
The result was a short documentary-style vertical video that was used on Consigna’s Instagram.
